Firstly, as to the complaint made by : ***, *** & *** , *** * *** *** ** ***, ** ***, Complaint number :*** I spoke with *** *** to address this problem and made certain concessions which would ameliorate his loss caused, unfortunately , by the
municipality of *** with the allowance of greatly turbid water with sand and debris which passed, at one time , through the water supply The nature of such a problem can cause great deliterious damage to any water vessel , reverse osmosis or water softenerAnd my warranty , although to my knowledge , is superior to any corporate entity nationwide, it does not allow for the corruption of mud and large debris through the bed , which is very unusual This kind of condition in fact voids all warranties in the industry, as well as my own ( I will send a scanned copy of the specific warranty which is WITHIN the work order the ***s received when they purchased the AQUACO unit in 2008.) Regardless, I had empathy for the ***s and I did make a monetary allowance for them in order to get their unit into good working order again Typically such a “ re-bed” , cleaning and overhaul of the valves and pressure vessels would require a considerable amount for this unit they purchased at a large discount, at that time And indeed, my competitors would simply suggest a replacement of the unit altogether But I told *** I was willing to get the unit working again, and re-establish a warranty for them at only $( which is well below the aproximate $retail cost for all the components that need to be replaced and rebuilt) *** refused to accept the offer I made and was only looking for me to replace the unit completely at no cost to him disregarding the fact that the warranty clearly stated that such influx of debris renders the warranty null and void.Again, I would like to make my previous offer available to them and send my crew over to fix the problem and give them the high quality water that they have come to expect from my unit , installed eight years ago.
