Aquadry Waterproofing

A couple of years ago Aquadry fixed my cracking foundation and installed a pump system using a jackhammer both lengths of a long, old house. It cost a lot (as any physical labor does) but I am perfectly satisfied. Additionally, I was comfortable having the crew around and felt safe. It's still operating perfectly and they provide excellent follow-up service. I do recommend them.

My experience with Aquadry was nothing but positiver. I appreciated the sit down conversation and the explanation of the other businesses compared to his. I appreciate the way he addressed our concerns especially when I questioned him about the negative experiences that his previous clients had. Expectations were set and expectations were met. His staff was professional, courteous and hardworking. Working in the 92 degree heat and these guys stayed on task until the job was complete. If there were any issues, it was clearly communicated and the solution was resolved in the same conversation. Larry was accessible and followed through on his word. The only complaint that I have is the boards that were removed from my porch was not put back in place as before the removal but its a small item over the bigger picture. I appreciate Larry and his staff's professionalism, flexibility and hard work. I definitely would advise using him to anyone looking for a thorough waterproofing company.

Great company and great people working for them

I am absolutely disgusted with the work done and the trash left behind. We moved into our dream home, only to have unfinished jobs by Larry and his "team", and continue to find nails, screws, beer cans, scrap pieces of wood, crumbling concrete, in my front, side, and back yard...channel drain cracking, including concrete poured around it, deck about to fall apart, etc. We got so frustrated with unreturned calls/texts and then promises of coming out to finish the job and never showing up, that we just gave up! Thanks for using my electricity to power your jackhammers and other heavy duty equipment, tripping my breakers almost every day, and leaving a GIANT MESS behind for us to clean up!! Thank goodness none of our dogs or our toddler stepped on a nail or screw and got seriously injured...YET.

When I first met Larry *** of Aquadry, I thought he was nice, honest, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I hate to be so wrong about anyone. Yet after months of being put off or him not showing up, and then the shoddy work, I must admit I was wrong. I hired his company to take care of water in my basement, and to put in a concrete patio outside the basement. This project began in January 2017. Here we are the end of July, and the job is still not finished to my satisfaction; yet the job has been paid for in full.
Aquadry did French drains around my house, and I was told my problem was over. After the next rain, I had water in my basement again. There was a crack in the wall that Larry totally missed. I'm not sure the drains were even necessary.
Now the biggest problem is the patio. I had a huge puddle outside the door. His "fix" was to have Jason cut out a square and patch it. Well, it looks like a patch job! It is different colors, uneven with several smaller puddles just outside the door, leaving me with worries about rot, mold and mildew. The owner of the company, Larry, has not even been here to check what his workers did. Even though he knows that I am not satisfied with the work, he will not take or return my calls.

Larry and his crew did an outstanding job in the foundation waterproofing around our home. Larry was very patient with us, and came to our house twice to answer the questions we had about the job. The crew showed up when they were suppose to, and knew exactly what they were doing. They answered our questions as the worked progressed, and cleaned up well when the job was finished. We will be using them again in the next couple weeks to complete another job. . Our neighbor had them do work on their home, and they were very happy with the results too. Definitely recommend!
