Referred by an acquaintance, aqueduct made a dreaded plumbing situation in home surprisingly tolerable and with 150% customer satisfaction! From the initial telephone contact with Vanessa to the courteous and pleasant professional manner with Jason, they have won me over as a life long customer
Services performed were a new toilet, provided by myself, new bath spout, rout bath drain and attention to minor leak

I had a drain block in my house and was unable to auger it myself (tried but block was more than feet) I contacted Aquaduct and spoke with Jason the owner The time was 8pm Jason came over at 9pm with a professional truck and needed to pull my toilet up to auger the line due to my home not having a 6inch clean out I believed the price was fair for the work performed and Jason was professional and polite from start to finish Jason took the time to explain and show me where I had problems My problem was tree roots and needed a cleanout installed outside my house with pipe replacement due to a giant tree The video camera does not lie I spent about $dollars for the work to be performed I consulted with another plumber for a second opinion and the diagnosis was the same The work that was performed was permitted, inspected,professional, with every step explained I feel like spending that amount of money gives me a pretty valid review I was not paid or benefit from this review but just believe is word of mouth and local business I would highly recommend Aquaduct plumbing to others and will use them again for my future plumbing needs
