Review: I received a statement back on 2/28/13, there was an invoice [redacted] dated 11/14/2012. I called and spoke to [redacted] on 1/22/2013 and requested this invoice, as I did not show that invoice in our system. Upon receipt of this invoice, I saw that the location of service was Middletown/Amazon. This is not a property that we handle. I sent a letter 3/21/2013 to [redacted]; and nothing was done to correct this. I then sent a letter on June 6, 2013, requsting this be removed from The Commonwealth Groups account. They refused to do this. I then sent a letter to [redacted], VP on July 24, 2013 of Aquaflow and I was contacted by [redacted], he explained that a delivery ticket was signed by a [redacted]. We don't have a [redacted] that works at our company. [redacted] explained that they couldn't just remove this from our account because they didn't know whom [redacted]t was. It doesn't matter whom [redacted] is, the point is, this is not a Commonwealth Group charge and needs to be removed from our account # 5180. I explained in a letter dated October 8, 2013 that what they need to do is credit back the charge to our account # 5180 and this will create a wash, showing that this charge is not on The Commonwealth Groups account. Then they need to create a new vendor under [redacted] and enter the invoice under the correct vendor whether they had an address for him or not. I requested a statement today, and the charge is still showing on The Commonwealth Groups account # 5180. The plan and simple truth is this charge is not ours. We want this to be removed from the account today.
