Groupon adheres to a very strict refund policy that is their policy, not oursIf/when we redeem that voucher, the negotiated discount is 40%, therefore the value of that voucher is just over $Generally we do not redeem vouchers this way but if that's his only option, we will accommodate himHe will need to contact us by email at [redacted] , provide his unredeemed voucher number and we can then process a refund check for himHe will also need to furnish us with his address for mailing

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have no way of verifying that the amount Aquafly will receive from Groupon is only 40% of the $voucher valueIF Revdex.com can verify the accuracy of the 40% figure or if Aquafly can prove the 40% figure and if Aquafly will either refund my money at the same time as I turn over the voucher or if Revdex.com or Aquafly can offer such assurance that I will receive my money within a reasonable period of time (business days) after turning over said voucher then I will seriously consider the Aquafly offerIf Aquafly is unable or unwilling to prove the 40% figure or otherwise refuses to either hand over the money at the same time I surrender the voucher or if Aquafly does not offer assurances that I will receive the refund within business days of surrendering the voucher then I will attempt to resolve this complaint through other meansThanks Revdex.com for your efforts Regards, [redacted] ***

Although we appreciate your assistance with trying to resolve this customers complaint, we will not alter or modify our initial offerOnce he delivers to us a valid unused Groupon voucher, we will refund 60% of the purchase price he paid to GrouponWe are happy to mail out a check the same day that he sends us his voucherBased on the aggressive manner in which he approached our staff and the threats he made this past weekend, we have instructed our staff to contact local law enforcement authorities if he comes back on the premises

IF Revdex.com can verify the accuracy of the 40% figure or if Aquafly can prove the 40% figure and if  Aquafly will either refund my money at the same time as I turn over the voucher or if Revdex.com or Aquafly can offer such assurance that I will receive my money within a reasonable period of time (5 business days) after turning over said voucher then I will seriously consider the Aquafly offer. If Aquafly is unable or unwilling to prove the 40% figure or otherwise refuses to either hand over the money at the same time I surrender the voucher or if Aquafly does not offer assurances that I will receive the refund within 5 business days of surrendering the voucher then I will attempt to resolve this complaint through other means.
