*** *** purchased a 6500-pump from SpaandPoolStore.comThis website clearly indicates the models specified, and when we spoke with Mr.*** over the phone we determined the year and model of his spa is NOT mentioned on this page because it was never used in that spaMr***'s spa is different than what is listed for this pump Mr*** agreed to the terms and conditions at the time of checkout, which are very specific about a no refund policy on all electronics, especially pumps We cannot resell an electronic in good faith, as Mr.*** would not have appreciated receiving a part himself that was resold Mr.*** is welcome to contact with us with his spa information to see which pump would best fit his spa.Nobody is hiding behind any other companyThese companies have the same billing address, but are two separate companies, residing in separate locations Spa and Pool Store 888-571-

This company SpaandPoolstore.com had a misleading website that indicated to me that the pump that I was ordering would fit on my jacuzzi.  I called to request a RMA.and now they are hiding behind some confusion in their sharing and address with Champagne pools.  I need to have an RMA to return this pump for a full refund.  They have been very deceptive in acknowledging this complaint.
