Review: Since Day one we have been having issues with this water system filter. The sales man never came back to check the water after the installation. We noticed that the salt was not being absorbed when we called the company they told us that it was not to use that much salt. We left messages with the company and the sales man and never got a call back. The filter went 2 months not working, they finely sent someone out to fix it then it started working again. We started to notice water on the floor since the beginning. of Feb. 2014 but were not sure if it was the system or not, so we called them and the lady said there was supposed to be moisture. In the Begging of Mar. 2014 we saw where the water was coming from it was from one of the hoses that go into the filter, every time it would rinse it would spill the water through the hose. We called the company it took 4 calls to finally get Julian on the phone. When we spoke to Julian he was rude and questioned us on how we even knew that the filter was not working, said he would call us the next day to give us a day on when he would send out the plumber, it took him one week to call back with a date. The plumber came out and fixed it again this time he set the timer to flus at every 2500 gal. Instead of 1500 like the sales man said it would, we still notice no change in the water and the suds. We have tried in good faith to fix this problem have gave our payments on time and we are not happy with this product. In the paper work we got from them it says that if we are not 100% satisfied with the product we can file a complant to Aqua Finance Inc.Desired Settlement: Want to return the product and not have to pay the remander of the balance.

On June 11th, we had another technician out to check the water after our system and reprogramm and/or repair as necessary. Water test showed 16 grains before the unit, and 1 grain after water being treated by the system. Based on test results, tech proceeded to re-program the unit to compensate capacity. Also, Tech modified drain line to improve water drainage and avoid any leaks or spills while rinsing, furthermorethe unit was repositioned and reinforced at it installation place, and the electrical connection was also modified, all this to customer's satisfaction, in other words, our tech redid whole Water softener installation, of course free of charge.

This should resolve any past issues, however we stand behind our products and workmanship. Should Mr. [redacted] have any other issues, please feel free to call us right away.

Review: On January 7th 2012 I purchase a water system from Aquakleen, I was a new homeowner who was on terminal leave from the military. Mr. [redacted] came to my house to test my water, which he determined was terrible and dangerous to drink. I was hesitant about buying the system and decided I would stick to buying bottled water. Mr. [redacted] pulled out his laptop and showed me video of people in my city who were dying because of the drinking water. He told me that the water is contaminated and bathing in it is just as bad as drinking the water. He acted surprise when I told him I have never heard of anything like this and since I only had my house a for one month I was feeling nervous because I was new to the city and have never owned a home until then. He told me that many people were buying the system because of the water and the video he showed were of people who were ill and and dying from cancer which was caused by the water. I probably should have investigated more, but I needed to protect myself and my little nephews that come over. I called Aquakleen at one time to complain about the detergent they gave me and told them there are no bubbles and it is nothing like what the salesman showed me. They did nothing for me and were rude. One day I checked my mail and the opened a newsletter from the city talking about perchlorate contamination which was taken care of in 2004 and I bought my house December 2011. I contacted Aquakleen because I was upset and felt tricked. I believe they took advantage of me. When a representative finally called me back, they told me that because I complained about the detergent earlier in the year it seemed like buyers remorse and I'm trying to get out of "my debt". They told me that Mr. [redacted] no longer worked for them, but they called him and he basically said I was lying. I am a disabled vet and would go to any extent to protect myself and my family, but I was tricked and this company should be ashamed of themselves. I need justice before I sue them.Desired Settlement: Make me new by taking their water system out of my home and not having to finish paying for a product I would have never bought if their sales person would not have lied to me. I would love to be fully refunded, but I want nothing more to do with this company. The communication is terrible because they are not customer friendly. I'm tired of being mistreated and I was going to just deal with it, but the more I think about it the worst I feel.

I received a call from Mr. [redacted], the President of the company who apologized for everything that took place. He was extremely serious about making sure I was happy and after all I have been through, I am thankful he took the time to call me personally and apologize. I am 100% happy with his accommodation's. He has promised to pay off the finance company as well as give me the system they installed in my home. Thank you so much for your assistance.

Can you please let me know what I need to do to make sure everyone knows my issue with the company is in the process of being resolved?

Review: The company's employee came on July 2014 to replaced a purification water system was inside the kitchen's cabinet under the sink. Four days after this replacement I noticed the reverse osmosis was dripping and the cabinet got damaged so I call the company and they last a week to send a person to repair it . After they repair the problem they agree to fix the damage on the cabinet . The manager ( Mr. [redacted] ) told me that the work was about to be professional and the cabinet was about to look like if there happened nothing just the same way it was but instead of that they just came and did an unprofessional work, they just put like a patch in there. So I contact them again complaining because that wasn't the agreement but they said that was all they going to do and no more.Desired Settlement: I want they fix the cabinet the way it was with the same material it was also the same color of the wood.
