Review: The final inspection time period for the installation of my in-ground pool has expired. I was instructed by Aqualiesure that I would have 12mo from the completion of construction to order the final inspection. When I called [redacted] the actual time was 6 months, and I was instructed to submit a request for permit reinstatement and pay a $50 processing fee. I went to the county to submit the request, but [redacted] country informed me that should I submit for reinstatement then I would be responsible for bringing the work up to code should it be non-compliant. [redacted] recommended the contractor submit for the reinstatement. I contacted Aqualiesure in April 2014 and they stated they would be able to request the reinstatement. Aqualiesure did not submit for reinstatement. I have contacted their office by phone and email, but they do not reply.Desired Settlement: Request Aqualiesure request my permit be reinstated by [redacted] (I am willing to reimburse the $50 County processing fee) and then order the final inspection. Should any work be non-compliant then Aqualiesure would remedy those items, excluding fencing.

When the customer emailed me on June 26 about his situation I did respond to him on the same day that I will see what I can do when I go down to apply for another permit. Not making a special trip. Since my time is limited with workload. He agreed. Regarding the year request for final. It used to be a year. I wasn't aware of them changing it. Which counties change things all the time of requirements on everything regarding permits. Since I am the only one that applies for them its a big hassle..So I am waiting for someone to sign a contract in [redacted]. Unfortunately we haven't had a lot of people signing in [redacted] since I emailed him. I recently broke my ankle and a few weeks ago. So I had to send someone else to apply for some permits in [redacted]. Didn't think about giving her the paper to help the customer because she doesn't know enough about it to explain. While I was confined to a chair to work. I did email the county about the permit reinstatement on September the 18th. I do have a copy of the reply from the county. I do have some permits ready to pick up and was going to get him taken care of while I was there. I unfortunately didn't inform the customer that I was working on it. My bad. Its not that I am ignoring him. I am just limited. I do understand his impatience. I do get a lot of that. I will take care of his request. Sorry that it wasn't done quick enough and I will change my final inspection request card as soon as I get time. For now I will mark it on the card with a black marker until they are all gone. To save money and time.
