AquaOx Filters

i’ve sent multiple emails and left multiple messages. I’ve talked to two different women. Who’ve promised me that they’re gonna send me a replacement board. None of this has happened. It’s been over two months still nothing. I would not trust this company. I spent over $5000 for a water filtration system that’s supposed to have a 10 years warranty. I would definitely look somewhere else. Their customer service is horrible.

We installed the AquaOx whole house water filter on our house about 3 months ago and we cannot be HAPPIER! This company has amazing customer service and a superior water filtration product. I would highly recommend this company for customer service, craftsmanship, and the way they take care of their customers.
