I am rejecting this response because: This system would only allow me to upload pictures at a time, so I am unable to completely show the damage to my house
I am rejecting their latest correspondence, because their work was never completely doneThis is a 500k+ home, that now looks funny because of the workmanship that they providedThey promised if after days, we were not satisfied with the work, then they would come back out and fix itOn the day that they were here to perform the service, I expressed that the colors did not match, that the stucco was bumpy and uneven and they stated to give it time and that they would fix itAdditionally, the caulk under the kitchen bar has still not been fixedThey used a white color caulk when it should have been clear and its fat and running over I immediately told them after they finished that I was very displeased with it and wanted it done over, they stated that they had to order a different brand and would let me know when it was inYes, they were paid after they completed the work, and I did tell them that I did not like the way it looked, but they again told me to give it about a month for the sun to fade it and then if we still didn't like it, they would come back outAdditionally, one of the main reasons, I called them still goes unfixed. The mortar on the roof (which is why I called them in the first place) still has a leak in itEverytime it rains heavily, I end up with water in my officeI can provide an affidavit from my roofer, wherein he will state that it is not the roof that is leaking, but the mortar on the roof, I also have videos to back this upI have emailed, called and texted with no response from themIf indeed they had finished the work, then why would they not have answered my calls/texts/emailsI only became agitated when they refused to answer and then hung up on me when I mentioned who I was. I did not threaten them in any way, I simply told them that if they did not answer me regarding this, I was going to make sure they did not receive anymore business from everyone I came across online or any other wayI have filed a grievance with the company that referred them and will continue to keep going up the chain until this gets resolvedThey provided an unsatisfactory service and I am just wanting a resolution from themThey were paid in full, I held my end of the agreement up, I expect them to do the same
I am rejecting this response because: I'm rejecting his response in the system since it didn't include this additional information in this email. If indeed this email is valid and true, then I'd like to accept his offer, how do we make sure he's not bluffing and this response is valid? Could you please reopen the claim so that we can proceed forward with this and finally get it resolved. If indeed he's sincere and will do this, is there a way for this to be done through the Revdex.com? So that he's held accountable and just doesn't say one thing and does another ? I am rejecting this response because: There were additional things that I pointed out to [redacted]...
after I paid him that were still not acceptable that needed to be fixed and he agreed. (i.e. the grout around the bar in the kitchen that you were going to come back out and rip up and put in a different color, fix the rock on the roof that you were originally hired to do. It still leaks in the office. Come smooth out the stucco work that you did, that you said to give it a month and if I was not satisfied, then you would fix.) If you did indeed finish everything like you said, then why do you ignore emails, phone calls and texts? I called you and your partner said who I was and you hung up on me. I paid you in full and expected to get my monies worth. I have not and it has been at least two months of me taking time out of my day to try and track you down to get this resolved. My time is my money and I expect to get what I paid for.
