Very rude customer service and im surprise she is the owner to. Stay away from this seller very sketchy. I was just asking a question about any update on my order because 2 days have pass they already got my money but no update what so ever until I sent them an email and christina replied very defensive. And immediately cancelled my order without my consent. Wasted 3 days of my time and 3 days worth of interest in my money.

Very shaky experience. Two separate times. They take your money then not product. When I asked about that, it took forever to get my money back. Buyer beware. This lady Christian told me I was to aggressive with my follow up. Again,if you take money I expect a item I ordered. Seemed fair to me. VERY Strange.

So guys I live in Clearwater and recently got back into the reef keeping hobby. I figured I would go to the store since it was local.
I got to the store and they said I could not come inside to see or pick out any coral. The guy I talked to seemed like a nice guy he introduced himself as the husband to the owner of the location/store and told me that if I gave him $20.00 he would give me a few nice pieces of coral for my tank.
He refused to except a debt card which probably should have been my first clue. But never the less I left and went to the atm. I returned to the store about 10-15 minutes later. I rang the door bell as instructed. Since they keep the place locked and aren't open to the general public. He then came out with a few frags in a bucket and I thought , score. I gave the guy $30.00 as a thank you for helping me out.
I did a quick dip on the corals and then placed them in my tank. A few days pass and I find a Aiptasia on the monti plug I got.
Then after about a week or so While admiring my tank as it slowly come along . I see a very small weird looking thing on the monti digi.
I removed the coral and began to swish the coral in freshwater to find montipora eating Nudibranchs. So of all the corals I received from the store and then supposed husband of the store were cover in unwanted pest and went into the trash. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this store ever. The fact that this place would cheat a potential customer and local fellow hobbyist shows the character of this establishment.

Great place great coral great prices.would not order from any other online store.

I had a bad experience and you probably will too, I'll just leave this here...

received a full and complete refund on 9.18.18 for his order prior to shipping as there were items missing. Not sure how this is an issue.

This was my second order, had issues with the first one. Second one had no communication and just refunded out of no where. Tried to call them and their over the phone customer service is literally not existent.

I Purchased a living Item from this company. I have paid for Next Day Air and on JUNE 29,2018 paid $150.48 and they have not shipped or contact me.
I Purchased a living Item from this company. I have paid for Next Day Air and on JUNE 29,2018 paid $150.48 and they have not shipped or contact me.

My order number is ***

1 x Blue Colony Zoanthid Rock - 221

I have tried contacting them via email through their website and sent multiple emails only to find out that no one ever responds.

I've contacted PayPal and opened a dispute and sent two emails through PayPal and still have not responded. I found their phone number on PayPal. I live representative does pick up but I tell her my problem she said I cannot talk to anyone I must send emails. It wasn't until I talked to her three times and opened up the dispute did she send an email out to inform someone whats happening. 3days now and no one has contacted me or sent an email.

So i'm hoping that this will get their attention.

I want the item and since I did pay for next day air their shouldn't be a reason to why they cannot ship it or at least contact me.

I have googled this company and found alot of complaints. They are updating the website with new products everyday but are not removing the items purchased nor shipping it out.

For all I know they could be posting random pictures and lure people to pay for something they don't have.

I ask that the Revdex.com either steps in this matter or revokes their business license. Since they were formally Reefs2go.com and had same issues.

Thank you

Desired Outcome

I would like the business to ship my item out to me.

The coral was a WYIWYYG coral (what you see is what you get) - we did not have the exact piece available for some reason - however we needed to be sure it was not misplaced with in our 25,000 gallons of saltwater in our 5400 square foot warehouse. The customer was communicated with regarding the process we were going through to locate the exact piece and stated he was willing to wait as he really wanted the piece. After our inventory was completed this morning, it was determined we did not have the piece and a full refund was processed for the customer.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
This company is very unprofessional. Since Jan, 29th I have tried to contact this company and not one email. It wasn't until I contacted Revdex.com that Christina contacted me.

She did refund me the money. I did not want a refund I wanted the item I purchased that myaquariumdepot advertised on their website.

I quote from her response. "we did not have the exact piece available for some reason - however we needed to be sure it was not misplaced with in our 25,000 gallons of saltwater in our 5400 square foot warehouse."

She clearly stated she did not have the exact piece. What happened to it? The reason I asked is these corals are placed in bins with numbers. This one happened to be in Bin 221.

The company did not even try to substitute this item.

And the last problem I am having is why is this company advertising it even after I contacted the Revdex.com. I took screen shots of the website and you can see my computer date in the bottom of the right hand screen. If this item was indeed lost why was the listing not removed. This website has been updated a few times since June 29th. They could have easily removed this listing.

This is why I feel this company is truly a fraud and has very poor customer service. For all I know the livestock could be illegally collected and sold. Given that the seahorses are a federal endangered species.

If this company is truly in this business than they should honor what they are listing and should be able to provide a substitute that are blue zoanthids. The rock shape does not matter as long as they are in deed the blue zoanthids.

A company with over 5,000sq ft and 25,000 gallons should be able to accommodate this.

Please see the attached screen shots. I will also provide the links to the items.

Thank you, very much Revdex.com.

Email sent to Mr *** -

I am not sure how this occurred - but the piece is NOT available. As a WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) item, we can not substitute the item for another item - that defeats the entire purpose of the WYSIWYG.

WE are trying to determine if this is a website setting issue or if the person responsible for inventory made an error.

As of right now, we have disabled all products on the site until we can determine why it showed something available that was not available.

We are short staffed at the moment due to an accident that one of our employees had and so getting to the bottom of this is more complicated than usual. Which is why there was a delay in dealing with this.

We have provided a full refund for you on the item which was not shipped and we wish you the very best in your reef adventure.

Coral died within 7 days of arrival. Notified company regarding live coepods arriving dead, they did refund for those but not for the other.
I received my shipment, the coepods were dead upon arrival. I acclimated my coral per their instructions and placed them in my tank. They were all closed and by the 7 day I determined that they were dead. I made contact with the company. They were very defensive and requested pictures of which I sent them pictures of all the dead coral. Emails back and forth they said they would work with me, but then no response back from the company and no refund or exchange for new stock.

Desired Outcome

I am seeking a full refund from this company. None of their product survived.

I have attached emails as well as proof of refunds.

I have been ordering from Aquarium Depot over the last 6+ months and have experienced excellent customer service from Christina and Aquarium Depot. Yes some things are beyond their control with rapid weather changes making shipping tough, especially if you don't do the next day shipping but when and if I do have any issues with a product it is quickly taken care of. I plan on ordering many more corals, snails, crabs, sponges, pods, and more from them as time goes on and appreciate their excellent pricing to keep this hobby reasonable.

well I order live corals from them

I ordered some zooanthid frags, a chalice coral, a sun coral, a blueberry sea fan. Out of the 3 zooanthid frags one had nothing on it, the other 2 were not what I ordered, the sun coral had a ploy with a hole all the way through it you could see daylight through it the rest of the polyps have not opened up after more than a week in my tank the chalice I am still waiting to see if it will survive and the blueberry sea fan is a tiny fragment less than an inch tall. I will not be doing business with this place again . I failed to heed the many warnings online about this place and paid the price To anyone who is thinking of buying from them don't do it you will be wasting your money
