Service Techsput gouges on inside walls of my 1/month old Freezer trying to remove shelves and broke plastic quik pics plus bending two of the shelves than lied to Mr *** ( manager/owner?)and said they didn't do it and Mr *** backed them and accused me of wrong doingalso said it was already painted inside, it was part of what was gouged out, Mr*** said he was replacing one shelf and qiuk pics out of the goodness of his heart,and that I could take him to courtOffice personnel never answered phone when calling nor several did not return messages leftI have contacted *** and requested internal complaint also
