Aquarius Mermaid Tails

I ordered a tail for a photo shoot for a trip I'm going on. It is now a few days before the trip and it has not even shipped. I didn't order a custom tail just a stock one. I asked for a refund because it's useless at this point. She sta*** it takes 2 to 6 weeks to ship and she doesn't do refunds. I said I checked before I ordered and it said 3 to 4 days. I needed a quick shipping because I anticipa*** a slight delay because of Covid. She sta*** she didn't know where I got that screenshot from I sent as proof of 3 -4 days. I responded it was on your site further more you do have a refund policy. I screenshot *** that as well. She now responds with okay but I have to charge you a 35% restocking fee. I responded so now you're being unethical because you just attached a screenshot that said 20% refund after you said no refund now it's up to 35% when your own screenshot says 10%. Her responses. That must have been when I first opened and the screenshot she said meant over 20%. She refunded 188 out of 289. I am out 101 that's a third of what I paid for an item I will never use.
