I paid 150$+++ for parts, I was billed on my credit card, but I never received any email, no product, and they dont reply to emails, dont answer the phone at any time, their voice box is always full
I phoned in before I placed my order to inquire where there water filters are made .I was told by the that their filters are made in USA
After I received my order I found it suspicious that it did not say where the filters were made so I phoned the manufacturer to find out where the filters are from I was told "overseas"i replied "china" and finally the manufacturer admitted that his products are imported from china
I ordered replacement filters for our RO system; our credit card was charged very shortly after the order was placed. We have not received the order. Consistent with other independent reviews I have read, this company does not answer a telephone call, and does not respond to emails sent via their website or independently.
I was looking for two items on the internet for my daughter. We had just learned from the Doctor that she has high doses of chlorine in her system and needed a filtering system to help her with this new health issue. I saw the AquaSafe Systems website and purchased the items we needed. As time was a real issue for us and that they were within the province, we should have the items in a few days. As of today, Feb 11, 2016 we have not received any of the items. I have been on live chat with Adam at least once a week over the last 8 weeks asking where the items are. I kept hearing the same thing, the items should be here by the end of the week. At on point I was told by Adam that \"ïf\" the shipment is in customs, they should have it by that day. Leading me to think they were tracking an already overdue shipment for their clients. Time would tell there was no items coming. Was this a scam business I thought? It appears they are selling items they do not have in stock. When calling, you have to leave a voice message but they don\'t return calls. At least to me. \r\n\r\nAs of today, I have had enough with the lies and misleading information that Aquasafe Systems in Saanichton BC,has been giving me. When I submitted a cancellation order and shared with them that I was sending a report to the Revdex.com. That didn\'t seem to be a concern coming from Adam. Since day one, no manager has spoken to me sharing their concerns of their poor service to their customers or their lack of inventory and what they are doing about it. My telephone calls have not been returned. \r\n\r\nThey may claim to have 20 years in business but I wonder through my experience with them, why that has come to be? Unless the misinformation they have continued to give to me the last two months is what they are wanting other to believe about them.
The Water Filter System was installed on December X XXXX and found to be leaking at the coupler, connecting the two filter housings. I sent pictures, wrote many emails, tried calling, and was told to fix the unit myself, then basically ignored after I tried their "fix" resulting in a worse leak.
I filed a [redacted] dispute, got one response to the issue. Sent many emails, tried calling, then made a claim because there was no follow up with trying to resolve the problem with a refund or honoring their warranty to replace the defective unit at their cost. Unfortunately [redacted] can not refund my money until I pay to ship the filter back, which costs almost as much as the unit itself.
It is now January XX XXXX and still have a brand new defective leaking water filter.
