On the landscaping and sprinklers and sodThere has been no payment on these itemsI have instructed the home owner she will be in direct contact with these vendors as she stated she does not want us doing any more work on the properrty
On the cover and bathroom areaIn protection for
us and the work we have performed we are having our own inspector inspecting the work we performedAs we stated to the homeowner we would make all correct that the inspector reportedBut she didnt agree and wanted the cover removedAnd there has been numerous weeks of rain, and none of these items can be addressed in the rain.
Due to the deckingThe decking was installed correctly, and the topping of the patio was done on top of the existing foundationWe had to pour a inch patio or the decking would crackWe stated this to the homeowner and she was well aware that the patio would have additional inches on top of the patio
On the outdoor kitchen we have informed the homeowner several times the outdoor kitchens we construcuted in no time did we state they were going to be water tightThey are a cinder block outdoor kitchen.
We will be having our outside report done as she stated we informed her aboutOnce this is done we will give homeowner game plan of completion
1. We addressed the beach entry and the homeowner agreed to the adjustments that were done at the time they were done.2. out a request we can no schedule to address3. Granite we have NEVER been notified there is anything wrong with the granite. Again please visit the website and follow the correct protocol so we can schedule with crews to address.4. Cup holders were not added to the project as homeowner requested that we not install. Once homeowner changed their mind we told installer homeowner wanted them an he added them. These were not included in the contract and were added as an idea, but were not bidded in an anyway.5. Outdoor kitchen was built on the existing patio which we can not add additional decking as it would cover weep holes on property. Additionally outdoor kitchens are not constructed to be a water tight structure. They are to house a grill and other outdoor components. Which the structure is doing.Per homeowner request. We are awaiting a time and date that the crews will be out to the property. We will relay to homeowner and they will need to be there to approve any additional work. All work modifications will be written up and homeowner will sign off on the modifications to be done.Homeowner needs to submit the granite concern through the website as was stated at pool school. The paperwork shows that any warranty claims need to go through website, and not calling or emailing into office. but through www.wegetyouwet.comAgain once the installer gives us a date and time that they will be onsite to address the waterfall we will relay to homeowner. Until then no work on the waterfall can occur and we can not give a time as the installer has not given us one.
