We contacted the above company to repair our indoor hot tubIt required a replacement of the heating element - the service technician told usHe removed the old heating element and said he would be back with a new heating elementThe following day we were informed that they could not get the exact heating element but had a substitute on orderThe technician came with the replacement heating element, installed it and it worked for a couple weeks, but was tripping the GFCITheir service technician came back several times - each time saying that it was a loose screw on the heater, loose screw on the GFCI - both of these melted the wire on the jet pack and appliance - we had no idea what he was doingThen we reset the main GFCI and it shot a flame out - approximately inchesAquaServ's technician came and removed the jet pack to test it at their place, without our permission or knowledge where it was goingWe called in our electrician because we found out that AquaServ's technicia
