I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.   Richard did come by my house and explained the water softener functions in detail and I am fine with that. There was a misunderstanding between his staff and myself on how to read that hardness of the water and Richard did explain that to me and I appreciate his going out of his way to deliver this in person. Richard and Susan have always been responsive in getting a service call over to my house, I was just not happy with the outcome since I didn't understand why my water was always "out of range". It really was not, according to Richard, since the service tech didn't finish telling me that the reading was before the water had been treated. I am 100% satisfied at this time with Richard's response. Thank you for following up.

[redacted] complaint was not valid and she admits it.  She said she was wrong on sending in the complaint and was going to contact the Revdex.com to recant/remove the entire complaint.  Has she done this yet?
