Aquatec Fountains

I have been a customer of Aquatec for many years. My bill for maintenance has always been paid within seven days. When I called for service for March of 2015 I sent in my check for $85.00. On April 1st I sent them a check for $125 in error. When I discovered this I called and spoke to the owner, [redacted]. She said she will send me my money back. She did tell me after my service that the price went up $40 a month more to $125. When I got my check from them, it was not for the $125 but for the $85.00. I'm sure glad I didn't make a $300 mistake or I wouldn't have got that back. They never told me about a price increase when I called for my maintenance. Shame on these people. They are very sneaky people and totally lie. Beware of hiring these people for any of your services.

I called this company to have my pump replaced and it turned out it needed a small part, not an entire pump. It refreshing to encounter honesty in business. I would definitely recommend this company.
