Aquatech Water Systems

Aquatech Water Systems installed a reverse osmosis water filter for a customer on 10-4- The customer was Rhianon Hoyt residing at the address [redacted] ***, Norco, CA The system was installed for this customer and job completed Over months later, on 2-15-17, we received a call from the customer stating that something had been leaking under their sink We came out right away and found that a plumber had already fixed the leak which was coming from their drain pipes where they connect from one to another Our system was still hooked up and working Nothing from our system was leaking nor had it ever been leaking The plumber even told the people(who were actually the renters in this home) that it was leaking from the drain pipes The owner of the property ( [redacted] ) is blaming Aquatech Water for the leak saying that we must have messed up or loosened her pipes while we were under there over months prior Aquatech Water only places a drain saddle on the pipes under the sink This drain saddle was still in tact and not leaking in any way We do not tighten the pipes or loosen or remove them, in any way that would make them leak These pipes were clearly not installed correctly to begin with which made them leak over a period of time It was not our filtration system [redacted] is trying to get our company to pay for her plumbers bad installation of drain piping.Thank you, [redacted] Aquatech Water Systems Thank you, [redacted] Aquatech Water Systems, Inc.P.OBox Fullerton, CA 92838Office: (866) 780-7500Mobile: (949) 266-

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.First it took a few months for the water to show before we knew there was a leak Also the plumber agreed that the original problem was the connection from the water system The Aqua tech company never came out to look at the leak I did request him to however he never did come by to inspect I had to open a claim with my inscompany to correct the mold and water damage almost 20,in repairs I have all the report of mold and water damageThere was never a problem at that house with plumbing in the yrsthat I have owned it *** was not very professional as a business owner as he spoke rude to me on the phone when I tried to resolve the problem with him
