Aquatell Water Filters

Have ordered from them previously. This time their shipper (UPS) dropped my shipment 20 km from me at a totally unrelated address. I had to drive to p/u. Told Reid. The shipment included an incorrect filter that was my fault. Return is at my cost, plus tracking, plus a 20% “restocking” fee. I found the identical pentek filter $20 less per filter. I’m keeping the wrong filters and will sell them on eBay. No tracking shipping cost and no 20% restocking fee. They would do nothing.

Placed an order on line for filters We live in the country, and cannot always get delivery if products are not mailed, and some companies do not mail to a post office box We phoned to confirm delivery situation as we were leaving for a few weeks and did not want to risk the product being returned We received a phone call from sales rep (***), who was most helpful She has excellent telephone etiquette, speaking clearly and slowly which is appreciated by many She called in advance of our shipment to tell us one filter had been damaged and would be coming separately Thank you for your wonderful service

This is not my first time using Aquatell for my home's water filters. The Iron removal water filter works amazingly well, our well water is so clear and does not stain at all. The service and delivery were perfect.
