I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below As you can see from the 2 attached screen shot the items that they are complaining about are legal to dispose of through them per PA code. Also is not listed as an item that they do not accept per there contract with my township. These are not even the only items that they are leaving. I have bags that are left out there that have dirty dippers in them as well as other “normal” household garbage. Also they still have not address the stealing of my garbage can.  If if they do not want to deal with this peacefully I will have my lawyer contact them with a lawsuit as they are in clear breach of there contract with the township.
