I made an appointment to gave my hot tub drained and cleaned The appointment was set for April No one showed I called service and was told someone would get back to me that day or the next I was told they had no record of an appointment No one called back On Msy 1st, I received an email stating I have an appointment May 5th I confirmed stating I would go in and pay after the job was done as I always have May I received a call saying I had to give my credit card and pay before the job was done I asked to have a supervisor call me On May 5th I received an email from the supervisor Steve, saying I had to pay before the job was done I said that wasn't right and cancelled the appointment I filled in the customer survey and never got a response What business with a Revdex.com recommendation would demand payment before the job was done Last year my sister had an appointment to have her jacuzzi hot tub cleaned, they did not show and said they did She had to provide proof that the job was not done
