[redacted] and I signed the contract on June 30th It did in fact have an estimated start date of July 15th and estimated finish on July 28th I placed the order for her Aloha Fiberglass pool on July 8th after the Holiday weekend The Pool was in fact ready for delivery July 20th at which time I had started work on the project and also proceeded to process a payment of $20,on July 22nd The payment required further authorization from [redacted] and was returned after hours with no authorization I contacted her when I found out on the 27th and she told me that she had some fraudulent activity on her acct and that her card would be replaced by [redacted] She received the new card on the 31st and sent it over to me With processing of credit cards, there is typically a five day hold before it goes into the bank account While I was waiting for the funds to clear, I had no choice but to start another project due to the down time waiting for the new credit card and funds to clear Sitting still doing nothing during a seasonal job is financial devastation Once the funds cleared I came back to the project with some equipment for cutting down the trees and digging her stumps and hole for the pool We worked on the project for several days while waiting for the other job to settle so that I could poor the concrete Unfortunately at this point I was juggling the two jobs back and forth I also was working with amquip to have a crane for the project to lift the pool over the house The company worked me into the schedule just before starting a bridge project I unfortunately lost out on the crane with the funds getting screwed up and trying to reschedule someone was near impossible Unfortunately the customer has missed her estimated job date, however I have no intention on not completing the work The customer was also informed that a permit could be avoided if she wanted to save roughly $2,due to the fact that we were basically going to just put a new liner in her existing pool I have all necessary documents to work in New Jersey and had no problem pulling a permitThe pool is in south Jersey and will be delivered and installed this week The yard will be completely regarded and seeded upon completion of the project All information regarding the pool can be verified through my account rep at Aloha Stacy Nelson of Backyard Mamma All my ordering information goes through her###-###-####RegardsJoshua A***###-###-####
[redacted] and I signed the contract on June 30th 2015. It did in fact have an estimated start date of July 15th and estimated finish on July 28th. I placed the order for her Aloha Fiberglass pool on July 8th after the Holiday weekend. The Pool was in fact ready for...
delivery July 20th at which time I had started work on the project and also proceeded to process a payment of $20,490 on July 22nd. The payment required further authorization from [redacted] and was returned after 48 hours with no authorization. I contacted her when I found out on the 27th and she told me that she had some fraudulent activity on her acct and that her card would be replaced by [redacted]. She received the new card on the 31st and sent it over to me. With processing of credit cards, there is typically a five day hold before it goes into the bank account. While I was waiting for the funds to clear, I had no choice but to start another project due to the down time waiting for the new credit card and funds to clear. Sitting still doing nothing during a seasonal job is financial devastation. Once the funds cleared I came back to the project with some equipment for cutting down the trees and digging her stumps and hole for the pool. We worked on the project for several days while waiting for the other job to settle so that I could poor the concrete. Unfortunately at this point I was juggling the two jobs back and forth. I also was working with amquip to have a crane for the project to lift the pool over the house. The company worked me into the schedule just before starting a bridge project. I unfortunately lost out on the crane with the funds getting screwed up and trying to reschedule someone was near impossible. Unfortunately the customer has missed her estimated job date, however I have no intention on not completing the work. The customer was also informed that a permit could be avoided if she wanted to save roughly $2,000 due to the fact that we were basically going to just put a new liner in her existing pool. I have all necessary documents to work in New Jersey and had no problem pulling a permit. The pool is in south Jersey and will be delivered and installed this week. The yard will be completely regarded and seeded upon completion of the project. All information regarding the pool can be verified through my account rep at Aloha Stacy Nelson of Backyard Mamma. All my ordering information goes through her. ###-###-####RegardsJoshua A[redacted]###-###-####
