Customer stated they have not received the parts to repair the issue. The customer was shipped the replacement parts and instructions via [redacted] Next Day Air. It was delivered on July 8th via tracking number [redacted].Customer states that we are not allowing the return of the pole. As we stated in the original Revdex.com response, the written authorization to return the product, [redacted] dispute correspondence, the [redacted] comments, and once again in this follow up, the customer is more than welcome to return the pole. The customer was also instructed by [redacted] to return the pole back to us.  As of today, we have not received the pole back and we have not received tracking of the returned pole as promised by [redacted]. We were informed by [redacted] that the customer would be purchasing a pole locally so offering to replace the pole was not under consideration.

Customer was informed and is more than welcome to return the product. We would encourage him to do so in order to provide him with a light that serves his needs.

This does nothing to address the fact that these terms were NOT stated anywhere on their link to purchase the product, their receipt, their invoice or anywhere else.  I am not sending the product back having to pay $700 plus dollars for something I am not keeping.  I will send it back when this complaint is properly addressed.  In fairness, I am willing to pay a 10% fee.  We can split the difference.  I think you should definitely make your policy much more clear.  NOWHERE did it tell me that the product was not a stock item or whatever you called it.  We are customers, we do not know your lingo.  Make it clearer.

Customer contacted our customer service department to inform us of a pole that no longer operates. After contacting the manufacturer, we were able to get a replacement part shipped out which will resolve the issue the customer experienced. Our standard return policy is returns within 14 days of the original sale will be restocked with no fee and returns after 14 days of the original sale date will be restocked with a 20% fee. The original request for a return came in after the 14 day point of the customer receiving the item. Since the...

original request was made after that point, a 20% restocking fee would apply. We extended the return period as a courtesy to the customer due to communication issues. We still have not received the item back, but when we do we will issue a credit as soon as possible.
