Aquavida Pools has worked hard to satisfy Mr. & Mrs. [redacted] and we feel the same frustrations on the timeline, several changes were made on this project from paver coping sizes that were set in place having to be removed due to customer not accepting the selection they made to all 550LF of...

swimming pool waterline tile being removed after the customer was not happy with their selection. Aquavida Pools agreed to a 1000.00 hold back on the final payment as the customer was wanting to remove more pavers to be replaced, we opted to have the customer hire another contractor to remove those pavers with the 1000.00 rather than Aquavida Pools do this work. Right from the start, Aquavida(Nick) were very professional. We were wanting to redo are pool, water tile and deck. When giving us our quote, Nick came prepared with samples, was very knowledgeable and was able to give us a price right away. They were very competitive. The job was done on time, they were very good at cleaning up after themselves and the pool turned out great, Nick was always available to answer questions and dropped by on various occasions to check on the progress. Would definitely recommend them.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted]  After several more contacts with the company, the in-floor heads of the pool were finally installed.  This is not a trusted company and it is a disservice to the public for the Revdex.com to continue to allow this company to receive the high ratings that it does.  This company was not responsive even as contacted by the Revdex.com.   Thank you for assisting me.

Aquavida Pools has the infloor cleaning heads in stock now. Our diver is scheduled to go out tomorrow to install them. We will contact your office tomorrow to confirm completion.

Aquavide Pools did us a great job on remodeling our pool. We had 3 different companies bid our project for a complete remodel of our cool deck, plaster to pebble stone and replacement of our tile around the pool. Aquavide was in our opinion the best value for the price and who we ultimately selected. They started on time, finished on time, cleaned up after themselves and did excellent workmanship and was quick to respond to calls and questions. Thanks again for your service.

Hello, We visited with the customer last week and have decided to resurface the swimming pool, the customer requested we install "extra" pebble radiance into the application at the point of sale and we normally do not do this, therefore the surface came out different from the sample pools she...

visited. I feel our salesman should have educated them on the possibility of this issue happening, we try our best to satisfy every customer. I will have our coordinator [redacted] schedule the work to be done next week.

We bought a house with a pool and deck area that needed a lot of remodeling. I called around and had 3 companies come out to give me estimates. Of the three, we chose to go with Aquavida mainly because Nick, the guy who came to do the estimate, took the time to explain things to me and did not try to sell us things we didn't want. He asked us what we wanted done and the only thing he added on as a suggestion was to put in a new pool light while we had the water out of the pool. He was also willing to come back in the evening after my husband got off of work to do the paperwork to sign us up to go through their company and to have us pick the tile colors, pebbletec colors, deck colors, etc.

He said the work would take about 2 to 3-1/2 weeks; we were closer to the 3-1/2 weeks. Nick kept me informed when the people would be coming to do the work in each stage of the project and the people did come the days he said they would come. He also said they would clean up all the mess they made and that was true too, our yard looked exactly the same after they left as before they arrived.

Our pool just finished last week and we had the pool cleaning company out today for the first time. The pool man was absolutely amazed at how beautiful the pool looked.

I would definitely recommend them and was very pleased with the service and the finished project.

We selected Aquavida from seven companies that had provided us with quotes, and compared to friends who used other companies, I can honestly say we got a deal. With Aquavida we obtained a 10 year warranty and could afford an upgrade that would not have been possible with another company. The workers were artists, not to mention polite, and cleaned up after themselves. We love our new pool would highly recommend Aquavida to others! Thank you, Aquavida!

Review: We contracted with Aquavida Pools to remodel our pool. The remodel was to include a Pebble Radiance surface, new, upgraded tile, new in-floor cleaning heads, drains and LED Color-Changing Light

When the Pebble radiance surface was installed, rather than mixing in the glass beads and abalone additives (Radiance Products) with the other pebbles surface materials, the radiance was hand spread and troweled into the top of the surface. This resulted in large unsightly accumulations of excess materials at the base of the walls, the steps and benches.

There was a representative from the Aquavida office ([redacted]) at the house when the finish was being applied and I expressed concern to her and to the attention of the workers attention who were applying the finish and they both confirmed that it would look correct after the pool was acid washed the following day.

Prior to contracting with Aquavida, we were given addresses of other pools with the Pebble Radiance surface to look at and all of them had an even, uniform finish.

The pool remodel was completed in November. The Owner of the company (Tom) has been to the house several times to address issues with the in-floor cleaning system that resulted from the remodel. Each time he was out there, we brought up the subject of our dissatisfaction with the surface and he said that they would take care of it to our satisfaction once the in-floor cleaning issues were resolved. They are now mostly resolved, but we are being told that they are no longer willing to address the unacceptable surface.Desired Settlement: We would like to have the finish repaired so it looks uniform and consistent. If hte finish cannot be repaired, we would like to have it redone so it looks correct and as consistent as the other pools that they showed us.

Review: I engaged in a contract with Aquavida on September 1, 2015, work beginning on September 16, 2015, to remodel a pool, including decking. Four payments were requested by the company prior to each stage of the process and all were paid in full. The final payment, made on 10-15-15, was prior to the completion of the pool. Throughout the process, I had to make numerous phone calls in an attempt to get the company to fulfill their portion of the contractual agreement. The company received full payment and left the job incomplete last October, 2015. The pool's grey in-floor heads, which were to be installed in October, were "reported" to be out of stock according to company representatives (Yolanda C[redacted] and (Nick A[redacted].

On October 20, 2015, I received (email) communication from Yolanda Conde promising that the new in-floor heads would be installed once the company received them. Since October, 2015, I have contacted the company dozens of times (as indicated on my cell phone records) requesting they complete the work only to receive promises that I would get a return phone call and be put on the schedule. Even though, according to Ms. C[redacted], the company has received their once "out of stock" product back in October, as of today's date (February 3, 2016), the company has yet to fulfill their agreement and furthermore has made no attempt to return my calls.Desired Settlement: Immediately finish the job or provide a refund for $1,470.00

Great company. Start to finish with resurfacing of pool took two weeks. Work groups were friendly and not too concerned with owner's invasion of workspace to watch the process.
Would recommend this company to all for remodeling their pool.

Awesome company! We used Aquavida Pools to do a complete overhaul of our pool. Our house was a foreclosure and our pool was not in working order. We had to have a new system put in as well as new resurfacing. [redacted] walked us through the whole process and gave us a very accurate estimate of what the process would cost. He didn't try to up-sell us on any aspect; just gave us the facts and let us make our own choices. [redacted] was amazing at communicating with us through the entire process and keeping us in the loop about each step. Their crews and employees were so hard working! They kept the area clean, took all their supplies away and there wasn't a piece of trash left anywhere. We love swimming in our new pool and use it every day. I would certainly recommend Aquavida for any pool service!
