Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I was not given the time to test drive or look over the car and they knew it was not in any conditions to drive off the lot and a month later picked the car up a day before it was due I lost a lot of money on this deal the owner refuses to talk or see me the whole time I had the car something got to be done to protect the consumer from these kind of people please help get the word out thank you Regards, [redacted] ***

We are a used car lot therefore, we allow the customer to check the car throughly and take it for a test drive before the contract gets signedThe contract was read to the customer before signingHe also was read to and signed the Notice of Vehicles sold ASIS/No Warranty Form which
states that the cars are sold ASIS and vehicle is sold without any warrantyThe notice reads "The purchaser will bear the entire expense of repairing or correcting any defects that presently exist and/or may occur in the vehicleHe signed the disclaimer; therefore we are not responsible of any repairs of cars sold and leave the lot*** ***, Marroquin Motors

The customer had enough time to look over the car and to go on a test drive with a sales person. The signed contract states that "You have throughly inspected, accepted, and approved the vehicle in all respects" (Page1)He was content with the car on the day of the saleThe ASIS/ No Warranty was read to him and he signed it. He was days late on his Pick up Note, which he is now defaulted and it gives us the right to pick up the car for no payment (Page 4 of the contract)He was explained that once payment was received, the car will be returned to himIt's been days and He has not made any attempt to make a payment to get his car returned, in which he owes the Pinote and the first month payment. *** ***

Regards,I had a deal with the owner about how much was owed but when the time came the owner said no such deal was made and picked up the car a day before it a as due the whole thing is a scam the people claim that they go to church but also ripoff money from people and their family's I hope that the business goes bankrupted and the workers gets laid off
