I had an unfortunate experience with Aquila from a technical, billing and customer service standpointTheir technician never communicated to me as to what parts he was replacing and at what costWhen I a received a bill that was 2.5x the expected amount, I called to questionThe owner was extremely argumentative on the phone, insulting me twice and then hanging up on meThe bill was evenually paid, although I also question their technical expertise since we experienced a gallon water leak days after they serviced (regular maintance) a month old piece of equipment
I had an unfortunate experience with Aquila from a technical, billing and customer service standpoint. Their technician never communicated to me as to what parts he was replacing and at what cost. When I a received a bill that was 2.5x the expected amount, I called to question. The owner was extremely argumentative on the phone, insulting me twice and then hanging up on me. The bill was evenually paid, although I also question their technical expertise since we experienced a 12 gallon water leak 4 days after they serviced (regular maintance) a 9 month old piece of equipment.
