Our position has not, and will not, change on this matterAgain, we are sorry that our customer is disappointed, however, nowhere in the product description on the web or in the catalog, did we describe this handbag as tan, or beige or brown for that matterChampagne is a color name that is widely used by many retailersChampagne, the beverage, sparklesChampagne, the beverage, is not tan or beige or brownWe have sold other customers these bags and this is the one and only time that anyone has complained that they did not receive a tan colored bagFurther, even with the limitations of the printing process, the bag's color is far different than the color of the bag's insert, which IS described as tanThe pieces are different colorsThey can't both be tan, can they?We received the returned bag in yesterday's mail and a refund has been processed for the entire amount of the purchase priceThis is in accordance with our return policy which is not unlike the return policy of our competitorsAt this point, we consider the matter closed and the complaintant has been removed from our mailing list.We have been in business for almost years and have maintained an A rating during the entire periodI believe this is only our 3rd Revdex.com complaint in yearsIt's definitely been less than I always provide prompt responses, as I have in this caseThis one appears to be like one other in which the complaintant kept rejecting our answer and kept repeating the same commentsI, in turn, responded each time and I know it went back and forth at least timesI will not be doing that this time because it is time consuming and serves no purposeI hope that the responses I have provided will be sufficient to maintain our high Revdex.com ratingBecause we do not and will not have any additional information to provide with regard to this complaint, we will not respond again

I'm sorry to hear that the customer felt mislead by our photos and product descriptionIt is very difficult to describe colors in a way that is clear to everyoneWe try our bestColor is very subjectiveThere are also limitation to the printing process, especially when it comes to colors that
appear differently in different lightAnd, of course, we have absolutely no control over the quality of the light in which our catalogs are viewed, or in the color calibration of people's computer monitors or mobile devices.We have a clear return policy which is published in our print catalogs and on our websiteIt does not provide for return shipping in the event of customer remorseThis is a common policy that's in place with most on-line retailersWe will, of course, be happy to refund to her the cost of the item upon receipt as long as it is in the same condition in which it left our possession
