I was told that they would call me back before the deadline for my payment. The day of the deadline comes and they still haven't called me. I called them and I didn't get an answer for several tries. After several hours of attempts, I was finally picked up and was told that I didn't have to worry about it since they have already set up an attorney meeting later that month. After waiting several weeks later, I went back online to check the status of the ticket and found out that my attorney didn't even show up to the meeting. I ended up having to pay the full price of the ticket. I even found out that the type of traffic ticket I received would't even add any points to my driving record in the first place.
