A.R. A/C & Heating

I hired A.R. Bros air conditioning to replace my ac unit, that brok down. they came to my house and reconmended a new unit, that my old one was too old and could not be fixed. after talking to my insurence office they gave me money to order the new AC unit. I called the company back and told them to order me a new one. the set price they gave me was 4500$ with instalation, I gave them 150$ as a deposit untill I got my check from the incurence. when I got the check the nxt day I gave it to them, they told me that they would have money left over to give it back to me along with my deposit. After they put the new AC unit on the third day they simply left and only returned once to finish up their job, then nothing. I kept calling and talking to them about my recits and my deposit, but they never came back to my house. Now it is December and come to find out they instuled the worng unit, since my heater dose not work due to my old unit was gas powered and the new one is electric. the heater dose not work or is not hooked up right, I called them over and over but they still wont return to finish their job. iam tired off calling them please help me my house is really cold and I got kids frezzing.
