I [redacted] took 4 vehicles to A&R and am having problems with 3 of the 4 vehicles [redacted] worked on. I was charge over $3,200 and was very unsatisfied as a consumer. 1 vehicle went in for breaks and are still to present squeaking badly. Truck 1994 GMC was in for oil service and breaks and day after bring vehicle in will not start. The Buick was taken in early Jan 14 and return on 3/13/14 The Buick was at garage for over 2 months. I pick-up vehicle in early Feb and Buick was stalling and left me stranded several times. The fuel pump that was replace was said to be defected and replaced. Still vehicle was not running good and then it was determined that it was computer. Even though mechanic has the computer that analysis the computer in the vehicle it just keep telling me it was another part that need to be replace adding to the bill! I dont know if fuel pump was ever bad or if the computer was the problem to begin with. The Buick was the car that I use to go to V.A. Dr’s appointment and was force to go in the V.A. van which at times waited 4 to 5 hrs until all vets were done- Im a Disable Vet. with many health issues, and now don’t feel confident and sure of taking my car to El Paso for appointments so am taking Van. [redacted] told me he even drove my Buick for [redacted] (Place of Business) to El Paso where he lives several times to try it out. Since when does any persons that works for the public take it upon themselfs to use customer’s vehicles to commute for work to home and home to work. We dont want to drop off clothes at dry cleaners and want them wearing our garments without our consent. I am totally convince that [redacted] needs to be investigated so that he doesn’t do or take advantage of consumers: No use parts returned Not even an engine change takes this long- cause me a lot of inconvenience and aggravation! Just Mad!
