I was misled by store staff about the warranty I was given the impression that I would receive in person help and that is not the case On my second damage claim, I was sent a replacement phone that doesn't work I paid $for the replacement fee They told me my only option was to file a new claim and either wait for them to send an empty box and send in my phone and then they'd send me a new one, or I'd have to pay a $deposit for them to send me a new phone right away I feel that this is unacceptable and not fair It's not my fault the phone they sent me doesn't work They are not holding up their end of our agreement and I am without a phone because of their mistake I spoke with a few different agents, most nice, one was not, and with a manager, and with an escalation agent They will not give me a replacement phone that works without me filing another claim, which is ridiculous and completely unfair I do not recommend buying the Geek Squad warranty to anyone
