I have been a customer of the McGee location of: [redacted] Clearwater, Fl Since Up until now I have had no issues with themI recently took wheels and tires to them to mount and balance them for meAnd when I received the wheels back on of the wheels had a giant scuff on itWhen I brought them back to the storePaul said he would take care of it even though he believed they didn't do itI contacted Paul a few days later after he said he would talk to his wheel guyAnd now he says that they're not going to pay for it and that he can get me a deal with the wheel guy or refund me the money I paid to have them mounted and balancedI know they had to of scuffed my wheel since I brought them to him brand new in the boxThese wheels and tires are going on a show vehicle and needed to be perfectAnd now it's not being taken care ofI will never bring any more of my stuff to them to doAnd I will never refer anybody else there as I have done in the pastThis is very unprofessionalAnd I am extremely upset about this
