to as many job seekers as possible. It was noted in the complaint that of the more than 100 job seekers who viewed the job, only one applied. It is unfortunate that this was the case; however, there are many factors that determine the number of job views and applications that are outside our control. These factors include pay rate, benefits, work hours, the location of the position, the company’s reputation, the nature of the work performed, and information provided in the job advertisement, among others. Since the customer was unhappy with the results, we cancelled their account early. However, because job posting and resume database services were utilized during a portion of the subscription, we do have to uphold the charges for those services used.

The answer is unsatisfactory. The details have not changed from those provided earlier.  It is clear that the business has no intention of resolving the problem.  I feel cheated.
