I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I am in no way stating that I was ignorant of the rules I am stating that you arbitrarily apply them in a way other than they are written, and invent them as you go to fit your whim You do not follow your own rules, and in doing so defraud those who are your customers who intend to follow them To this end you should also be in receipt of my complaint with the Texas State Attorney General Please provide where it says "Stirring [redacted] in GD" is against the rules, and also provide in the TOS where it states that only one person per ISP is allowed to have an account Explain how, if I have a friend who wants to sign up at my home while I have my account temporarily locked it results in the permanent closure of my accountIf you can not provide these statements from the EULA and TOS, I expect a full refund, or the account to be reopened with an apology As a professional proprietor of a web site, I would expect less profanity laced correspondence with your customers If you are not above that, and can not come to terms with basic respect for the people who give you their money to support you, you deserve no respect yourself You certainly haven't earned it Regards, [redacted] ***

Several warnings for different matters were on the accountWhen it was initially locked, it was temporaryWhen you circumvented the lock, instead of simply accepting punishment for trolling people (or hour ban), you received the longer lock on the accountIf you want a pro-rated refund for the time you lost, I would be happy to do soStating you were ignorant to the rules after being on the website for years is a bit sillyI'm sure you are upset, but solving problems with threats never works out wellIt would have been much more beneficial to email me the situation and have me review it, then to resort to thisAs a professional I would expect you to understand that we all screw up and simply need to accept responsibility for our actions

matters were on the account. When it was initially locked, it was temporary. When you circumvented the lock, instead of simply accepting punishment for trolling people (12 or 24 hour ban), you received the longer lock on the account. If you want a pro-rated refund for the time you lost, I would be happy to do so. Stating you were ignorant to the rules after being on the website for 4 years is a bit silly. I'm sure you are upset, but solving problems with threats never works out well. It would have been much more beneficial to email me the situation and have me review it, then to resort to this. As a professional I would expect you to understand that we all screw up and simply need to accept responsibility for our actions.
