Review: I had found a mobile home in the park, Went to the office to submitted a application for the lot, from day one this person know was [redacted] was so nasty I do mean nasty, in trying to follow up on the application she would never answer the phone, if called from another number she would. It took her two and half weeks to tell me my credit wasn't good enough, after living the last place for 11 years (wow). So my aunt agreed to pay the first years rent up front and still no, why when I asked for a written statement she refused to give me one. Now mind you everybody in Greene even tenants cant stand her to be honest, she said to me she doesn't run the park but everyone I talked to has said she does and so nasty about it to be honest. And most of the tenants think of her as TRAILER PARK TRASH this coming from people who know her. Mind you I am homeless, this is after being laid off over a year ago and losing my home. I have no problem paying the rent and keeping my home I don't bother anyone at all. but as I said she was nasty from the beginning to me, not knowing her from Adam. From the beginning my last name being [redacted] and being a single female seemed to be a problem, a bit of discrimination to be honest.Desired Settlement: First off I want the mobile home That I want to purchase and the lot as well. If I am going to loose the home I want then I want my 40.00 back since it took four weeks and 80.00 a week for that time which is 360.00 all of this from [redacted] only, and the 16,000 to purchase another trailer and the 4,000.00 lot rent for a year. And [redacted] to loose her job and be homeless as well. Or a class action law suit.

ARA Properties, LLC charges an application fee of $20.00 per person for rental applications. The $40.00 that was paid was for the person making this complaint as well as another applicant($20.00 each).
