I have been with Arabella for three cars and my house for 14 years. I have submitted only one claim in those years. Then, I filed one this winter. It was for a Crack on my bumper that happened in a parking lot when it was parked. Arabella 's cost would have been $400 after my deductible. They took two months to get back to me, rejected the claim and cancelled all the auto policies without notice or explanation. Avoid them. Don't use them.
