Review: I have had the unfortunate pleasure of speaking to a "[redacted]" [redacted] concerning all these matters. First, the website advertises that each package comes with a postage paid "Thank you" postcard. I have ordered 14 packages and never once has the person I am sending them to received a single postcard. So I have been paying for these items and they haven't been received. Second, I have tried placing three orders online on the day of the deadline and all three orders failed to process. The site states "only click submit once because it may take up to thirty mins to process." When I brought this to [redacted]' attention on September [redacted], she insisted on walking me through the process so that I understood and to show me that it would go through, which I knew it would because the traffic would be lower. She claims their website can take orders up to one minute before the deadline. I told her I did not want an order to be processed then because I wanted to wait to be billed for it. The three steps insisted of 1. Selecting your package, 2. Entering your credit card information, and 3. Clicking submit. I have done these steps all three times, and all three times failed to get a confirmation number. I contacted my credit card company to cancel the order, so that I could place it when I actually have the funds. I am disabled and on a fixed income. They told me there was nothing they could do until the charge posted. I contacted [redacted] again and she claims she told me the order could not be canceled which is a bold face lie. Lastly, I placed an order by phone through the call center on September [redacted], the order number is [redacted], this was for two packages. Only one arrived. When my friend asked, the person who delivers them in the facility told him they must have lost the other one. When I called to inquire about it I was told by [redacted] that he would receive the package on Wednesday the [redacted] and that it was not lost. I informed her that he has never once received a package on a Wednesday at his facility, to which she responded she was just reading me the delivery schedule for that facility off the website. Then she changed her story to "they have a limited" delivery schedule on Wednesday. Yet another lie and change in her story.Desired Settlement: I deserve an apology for the way my situations were handled, the lies, and the rudeness. Their policy of if you place the order 24 hours before the delivery dates they will get them on Tuesday or Friday needs to be updated. It is not consistent. Their advertisement on the website stating the "Thank you" postcards are included in every package needs to either be changed or upheld, especially when it is included in the price. Complimentary service would be really nice. I definitely want my order delivered. Especially since it was already paid for and ordered along with another package. No one seems to know where it is. Why can't they make a new one?
