Not sure of what kind of brokerage charges for no duty charged packages
We booked the shipment from India and it took 15 days to deliver. paid more than$ 50 in India for shipping charges.
The UPS asking to pay additional $41 as brokerage charges for clearance only. Not clear why do we pay additional clearance charges when there is no custom charges imposed on this shipment?
try to reach over the phone and put me on waiting forever. Disconnected my call after 90 min with frustration. I wish to give a zero star if I could.

Shipment not delivered
I am very frustrated, everyday I call aramex regarding my shipment it one story after the other, been told is out for delivery and having to wait all day for nothing, I am tired of waiting now, better refund me my money, because you always promise to Investigate my case but I never receive any feedback.

No tracking nor customer Service
My package stopped tracking over 10 days ago in Dubai and customer service in New York does not answer . I stayed on hold for 3 hours today and web shot the amount of time and do not expect them to answer a email complaint because that saying 24-48 hours is over 7 days ago. I have tried and tried to locate my package but there is no help. I have had other items come through and it never took this long from Thailand to US and I usually get a UPS tracking number but I CANNOT GET ANY HELP -I AM GONNA FILE COMPLAINT WITH WHOMEVER I CAN AND MAKE IT KNOWN DO NOT USE ARAMEX BECAUSE THEY DO NOT CARE OR HELP January 4, 2022 My package was sent December 20,2021 ? 3298572476*3 3298575228*4 FIND MY STUFF

I ordered products from an India wholesaler that used Aramex for shipping. After the package arrived to New York, they used [redacted] to deliver the package to me here in Atlanta. [redacted] driver lied and said the address was incorrect to buy time and to not deliver my package and it was resent back to the New York location. I spoke with the supervisor at [redacted] and they checked the address to find that it indeed IS a correct address, however they had already resent my package and stated that they cant do anything to help me. I called the supervisor at Aramex (Anthony) and I left 4 messages and I haven't received a returned phone call or help from the division in New York. Aramex and [redacted] are terrible shipping companies and should be OUT OF BUSINESS.

I acknowledge receiving the shipment on 5/*.I want to get a refund of my shipping charges as a compensation for a non-explained-week-delay which caused me to miss the occasion for which I got this item.Your customer services confirmed two times that I'll receive my shipment, one time on 3/* & then on 4/* & nothing happened.Attached a copy of case #[redacted] where they said that they will make sure that I receive it on 3/*, & case #[redacted] where they said they will deliver it specially for me during the night shift, & no courier even tried to contact me.I just want to mention that any justification for this delay is not currently accepted, as I received my other shipment with no:[redacted] on the same day of its arrival, that package which has been arrived to [redacted] office with the delayed one, the thing that negates any claims from you about problems with my address.

United States Customs regulations require goods of in exccess of $ 200.00 up to $ 2,499.99 to undergo an informal entry process in order for the goods to be released from US Customs; the cost of an informal entry includes our processing fee of $ 55.00 and additonal Customs duties if applicaple.Subject shipment commodity per US Customs regulations are duty free; therefore no duties were assessed; the amount due to priority Airfreight for filing an informal entry is $ 55.00.All Aramex stations are aware of all of our Customhouse brokerage charges. We will communicate with the customer and assist with providing official US CBP website whihc explains the roles Aramex and our brokerage play in regards to importing goods into the US.Thank You,Kevin G[redacted]

ARAMEX IS WORST SHIPPING COMPANY IN WORLD, PLEASE DON'T SHIP ANY GOODS BY ARAMEX. THEY HAVE ROBBED OUR GOODS ONCE AND ANOTHER TIME THEY KEPT GOODS IN CUSTOM AND ASKING FOR MORE MONEY FOR CUSTOM CLEARANCE. ARAMEX IS CHEATING AND FRAUD COMPANY

Review: I've a package with number [redacted] that was supposed to be arrived to [redacted] office in **/7. Every day, I get "Out for Delivery" message, & no one tries to deliver the shipment or contact me. I began to suspect that it has been lost.

I tried to contact the customer service through their hotline, & have to wait for about 15 mins each time & no one respond. Finally I sent a complaint mail to the responsible team (ShopnShip team) with case #[redacted] & they confirmed that I'll receive my item on 8/* & they'll make sure of that, but as usual .. nothing happened.Desired Settlement: I want to get my shipment asap with a refund of the shipping charges for this delay.

& if the package is lost, I want a refund for all charges, including my item's cost.

Dear Mr.K[redacted],First of all thanks for your concern & for Ms. M[redacted] for her following-up.Let me summarize our call which lasted for about 15 mins & the last 2 mails I received:1) Aramex (represented in you & Ms. M[redacted]) insists that my problem doesn't exist because my item was delivered in the time-span mentioned in SnS agreement.2) I focused on 2 points which caused this problem (which I already mentioned in my previous response): - You've problems in your hubs managing & sorting, which caused one shipment to be delivered & the other one to be delayed, despite of their arrival at the same time to [redacted]'s office & having the same delivery address. - Aramex customer services informed me more than once that they'll make sure to deliver my package earlier (in the tickets I attached in the last response), & sometimes with a special courier, but they didn't keep their word.3) Escalating the issue to the courier leader could help in preventing any future delays, but doesn't solve the problem that already happened.So, my problem here is about your QoS, which should be the first factor you care about.Anyway, & based our communication through mail & phone, & your insistence to close my complaint in order to solve any problem later through phone or mail as Revdex.com won't help me (as I heard many times during my phone call & directly after the call in the last mail I received without waiting for my comment), I assume that our negotiations will always lead to a dead end.Accordingly, I'll escalate the whole matter to the Revdex.com to judge & decide the best to be done.Best Regards,[redacted]

Review: I attempted to set up an account with Aramex's Shop and Ship program two times. On both occasions, I paid the fee (10.00 US) through [redacted]. However, an account was not set up, as there appears to have been a technical issue. I attempted to work this out with Aramex, leaving voice mail messages and sending repeated emails. I have received no response to date.Desired Settlement: Refund

Early December I signed up for Selective Services and requested a paid credit report. The selective service confirmation letter and credit report, BOTH with my social security number, were supposed to be delivered to my Aramex address to be forwarded to my address in [redacted]. After several days passed without receiving any notifications that letters arrived to my Aramex address in NYC I submitted a complaint on their website. This ofcourse came after calling their hotline (###-###-####) tens of times without being answered.

After several weeks passed and still no sign of my letters I purchased an 85$ phone cover to be delivered as a Christmas gift, again to my Aramex address. One week ago, I was finally answered by a representative IN [redacted] to be told that the phone cover was accidentally delivered to someone in the [redacted]. Since then, I have heard nothing about both letters and the cover.

I submitted YET ANOTHER complaint that I demanded to know where my personal items (both letters with my SSN) are and, OFCOURSE, not a reply.

I have come to you in hopes of getting Aramex to answer for their continual lack of responsibility and follow-up, disinterest in the fact I have two letters with my Social Security Number floating somewhere in the world, and complete disregard to my personal belongings I initially entrusted them with. PLEASE HELP. Note that I turned to you after literally 6 complaints were submitted to them, 21 phone calls, and 4 international calls were all completely ignored.Desired Settlement: I desire an apology from ARAMEX and a statement of where my government documents are immediately. I demand a reimbursement of the 85$ phone cover that was incorrectly delivered. I'd also like to terminate my contract with them and get refunded for the initiation costs.

Review: This company offers a sevice called Shop and Ship wherein they assign customers a US address fos shipping parcels to them overseas. Customers send parcels to the assigned address and delivery is confirmed via [redacted], tracking. and then repeatedly the parcels are not show as recieved by Aramex/Shop and Ship. This happens with such regularity that the appearance is either organizational or individual employees simply keep the shipments. It requires multiple communications often weeks after confifrimed delivery to this business for them to then miraculously find and proceed with shipping the parcel onwards. Then once this is finally done, when the parcel arrives in the setination country, they routinely do not deliver the package. Instead placing it on hold. This company ought to be thoroughly investigated by the relevant US authorities for their business paractices and their license to conduct business in light should be reviewed. No question they are not in compliance with regulation.Desired Settlement: I request Revdex.com to advise the relevant authorities, make this complaint public and warn the the public. A web search will show thee volume of complaints agaist Aramex.

I want all shipments they have in my account that are confrimed delivered by [redacted], etc, verified as received, and shipped to me now as is the commitment of their service.

Review: To Whom It May Concern;

I had a package due to be delivered to the address shown. However, my package was put on a hold in Customs. I went ahead and paid $60 plus dollars last [redacted] in order to get the package out of customs. They promised me 2-3 days and It would be delivered to me at [redacted], **. Here it is five days later and I still have not received my package. Every day I am checking www.aramex.com and tracking the package. However, there has been no update since the [redacted] of November. Saying that it is out for delivery. The tracking number is [redacted].

I don't believe that this is any way to do business. I called them numerous times and had to leave voicemail messages. They don't answerf their phones.Desired Settlement: I just want the package delivered as they promised. I understand that they are coming in to the Holiday Season. But they need to pick up the pace and more importantly; they need to have better customer service. They need to be honest with their customers. I am not sure I have the right location for them. All I know is they're located in [redacted].

Review: Hello, I really don't know what to say about this company. This was my first time using it and its going to be my last time forever. I am supposed to receive a package from Egypt to USA. the package was just sitting there, so I had to call to ask and got to find out I have to pay $55 for costumes to receive the package. I never paid for any carrier to deliver my stuff. No one mention this fees at the [redacted] office and we paid almost $60 to send it. Since when we pay something like that in the US.
