Review: I purchased my vehicle in February of 2014 and had to bring the vehicle back not even a month later for engine trouble and brake issues along with the car steering uncontrollably to the right. I took it back and they said there is not engine issues but they will fix the brakes and steering problem. Well they didn't and now things are worse and now they are saying it needs a tune up to fix the engine problem for $450.00. They also say that just because they fixed the brake and steering problem before it's not their problem anymore.Desired Settlement: I would like my car completely fixed on them. I shouldn't have to pay for something that is not my fault when they sold me the car that is a half lemon in my opinion. I should not be charged a penny.

Review: I purchased a car from this company where the original title was never given to me. Always told me to go back and he was never avalable. The car has been on the shop several times. He gave me tires of the wrong car. And all the lights on the car came on and the car shout down in the middle of the street. I called and he never answered my phone. Tried calling him to exlpain he gave me wrong tries. Finally I took the car back to his shop. Days later someone gave me a call telling me I need to remove the car from the shop.Desired Settlement: I would like to change the car for a another car that works. With all the its original papers, This car has been giving me problems since the first week I bought it.

I would first like to start off by saying that this sale was financed through a third party lender and in this case the customer will not received the original title until the customer pays the loan off. The customer received proof of registration that is used as proof of ownership on the vehicle. When we closed on the loan she was informed that the tilte and lien release was going to be mailed to her address by the lender as soon as the vehicle gets paid.

In regards to her complaint with the tires. The customer purchased the vehicle with a set of aftermarket wheels and we offered to give her at no additional cost to her a set of extra used wheels that she could use for the winter time. Shorthly after we gave her the extra set of wheels, she called our office wanting two new tires for the set of wheels that were given to her, because she stated that the tires would slip. We then explained to her that the vehicle would slip because it was a rear wheel drive traction, but she insisted that the problem was the tires. In order to satisfy her, on February 27, 2015 we sent her to Firestone Complete Auto Care to get both tires replaced and we would pay for the replacement. A week after, she called again complaining that the vehicle needed an alignment, to keep her happy we had her take the vehicle to Richlen Garage in West Allis to get the alignment and that we would take care of the bill. Keep in mind that the problems she was running into were not related to the vehicle, but to the tires that were given to her.

Seven months after she bought the vehicle she contacted our office stating that the lights on her dashboard came on, we told her to bring it in that we would look at it. Once we inspected the vehicle, we noticed that the fuze box was mixing fuzes and had loose wires due to that it affected the computer by dis-programming it. Once again we helped her out and fixed the wiring and programmed the computer for her. We feel that we helped her out as much as we possibly could and apologize for any inconvinience.
