March 3, Revdex.com NBroadway, Suite StLouis, MO Dear Revdex.com, I am responding to the letter received by the Revdex.com on behalf of [redacted] of a car saleThe car sold to her was a Hyundai Tiburon, it was a speed vehicle [redacted] understood the sale was an as is saleShe paid $1,for the car in total on the 14th of MarchOn that day she also drove the vehicle for a while, she was well aware of how it drove and yes the vehicle drove perfectly fineThe original asking price was $2,and her husband [redacted] talked me down on the price to $1,900, $discounted price on the agreement that it was a total as is sale, I stated on the paperwork that I would guarantee the safety inspection only [redacted] says she drove it to Bowling Green and it broke down, thereAs in as is sale I cannot be responsible for fixing the vehicle or paying for the towing or any money put into the vehicleHowever, I can provide the safety that the DMV requires for me to do and help them get the vehicle running againI will not pay for towing or other expenses, this is my final offer for [redacted] for me to resolve this issue, if this does not work for them then they can speak to me Lawyer Sincerely, Arango Auto Sales
