Hyundai Tiburon, it was a 5 speed vehicle. [redacted] understood the sale was an as is sale. She paid $1,900 for the car in total on the 14th of March. On that day she also drove the vehicle for a while, she was well aware of how it drove and yes the vehicle drove perfectly fine. The original asking price was $2,300 and her husband [redacted] talked me down on the price to $1,900, $400 discounted price on the agreement that it was a total as is sale, I stated on the paperwork that I would guarantee the safety inspection only. [redacted] says she drove it to Bowling Green and it broke down, there. As in as is sale I cannot be responsible for fixing the vehicle or paying for the towing or any money put into the vehicle. However, I can provide the safety that the DMV requires for me to do and help them get the vehicle running again. I will not pay for towing or other expenses, this is my final offer for [redacted] for me to resolve this issue, if this does not work for them then they can speak to me Lawyer.
