for the trip fee but also includes a diagnostic to ensure we are resolving the right issue for you Our customer service representatives are supposed to quote this fee on all service calls and let you know that any further work would then be quoted by our plumber I apologize if this was not communicated to you and we are happy to refund the charge at this time
