Review: I purchased a travel bag costing $16.99 on [redacted] August from this store. I traveled to Florida and on my arrival the stitching on the bottom came apart and the bottom was falling down. I returned one week later to the store to ask for an exchange and the [redacted] was rude and did not exchange it. He said I cannot exchange a used item . I tried to explain that it was faulty goods and not fit for purpose but he would not listen and was shouting at me that I had used the bag and should not expect an exchange and that I should call the police.I had to leave the shop as he was so aggressive.Here in the UK a customer has the right to return a faulty item and get an exchange or refund and I expected a similar treatment in the US which I did not get. I had to stitch all around the bottom of the bag for my return to UK .I was certainly not impressed with how I was treated as I was polite to him.Desired Settlement: I expected to get an exchange that day but since I have returned to the UK, I would require a refund.
