During a recent trade show in Long Beach, CA the rep taking our order at the show was asked to please check a price for chairs in addition to carpeting and a table BEFORE charging our business cardShe stated she would do so, and then proceeded to charge us before providing the quoteI asked her to remove the chairs (metal chairs for days = $- seriously) from the orderShe made a call and said it would be removed the next dayAfter returning from the trade show a week later, the charge was still not reversed so we called and got a different repThis one told us that they would do the credit on the next Friday and that they keep any over charges to cover extraneous expensesThis after assuring me the charge would be credited the day after the errorAnd who has the right to hold money for an inappropriate charge for phantom charges? It is over weeks since the original issue as I write this and we still have not received our credit It is unfortunate that vendors need to deal with this sort of thing from the only company offered by the trade show
