Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowI am not satisfied with the fact that these jobs were done with no mention of how much money it would costWhen your surveyors told my mother in law that those things would be more than the original estimate I'm sure she wasn't thinking double the priceI understand if it was a couple hundred more but double the price is unacceptable without making anyone aware it would be that much of a difference!

[redacted] purchased a 2013 [redacted] on September 14th 2016, he paid cash for the vehicle and in negation the price was greatly reduced so he agreed to take the vehicle as is, because of the major discount, we explained that to [redacted] he agreed and signed the as is paper.... However [redacted] came back days later unhappy with minor scratches on the vehicle so in attempt to satisfy him we agreed to have the vehicle painted, but that's all we would be able to do nothing else. Even after painting the vehicle [redacted] is still not satisfied with the paint on the vehicle, so we referred him back to the body shop we paid for him because there is a warranty on the paint work, [redacted] has all of the information on that as well.Thank You [redacted]

Bought a Passat and paid cash on 10/29/16 and still have not received the title, and they will not return my calls. They said they would send me new Temp tags since I can't register the car without the title, but they never have sent a new temp tag yet. They sent the title to a different person's address via regular US mail and no tracking number, so we don't know how long it will be until they get it back since it might be lost in the mail. I've had a car I can't drive since December 14 since the the temporary plates expired. Don't pay for the car and leave without the title......... been waiting for 6 weeks now.

Mr *** *** complaint has been satisfied and the customer has his vehicle back and the work has been completed. Mr *** has stated that he is satisfied with the work and repair.

Response: My crew surveyed acres instead of only acres as originally requestedThe person who requested all of the work that was done was by the mother in law of the person who filed this complaintThe crew met him the first day out on the site, but never had any requests or direction from the person who filed the complaint

Who requested the work has nothing to do with the fact that I, the person who is paying for this, was never told that the price would more than doubleAnd I do know that you were aware I was paying for the survey so I should have been told before a $estimate turned into a $bill

We are not satisfied that they are leaving the car at the paintshop We can resolve this if the dealership will use their authority to get the vehicle repainted after the subpar work We did not reach out to the paintshop and feel that we should not be pushed into working out their disagreements on their behalf, since we did not choose this paintshop Our Bill of Sale has a note to have the vehicles BUMPER and REAR QUARTER panel refinished The paint shop for whatever reason decided to repaint the WHOLE car, bringing issue upon themselves for not following directions Futher, the dealership made no effort to inform us and didnt work on our behalf to provide good customer service in rectifying the problem with a horrible paintjob Instead they want us to deal with the consequences on our own, which is really unfair If the dealership can demand another repaint under warranty, we can look at the opportunity to take delivery of the vehicle once it has been brough back to the dealership, since that is the only people that we paid for a vehicle of acceptable condition

Response:My company was hired to perform a division survey of acres more or less and a verbal estimate of $plus the County of Augusta plat review fee of $was given to the wife of the person who filed the complaintOn October 29, 2013, my field crew met with the land owner (the
mother-in-law of the person who filed the complaint, and started the surveyAt this time, the land owner asked my crew why certain things were not done by a previous survey by another companyThey responded that those items were not required and there would have been a charge for those extra servicesAfter this conversation, the land owner requested that all of the property corners of the Acres be marked, some property lines to be marked, and a survey plat that showed the entire property for her mortgage purposes to also be drawn upAll of these items were out of the realm of the original estimate, and at the request of the land owner, were doneWhen asked by the land owner why the bill different than the original estimate, she was told we would look at the bill and see why it was differentUpon review, the bill was broken down to show the extra charges for the services requested by the land ownerUpon review with my field crew, it was determined that all of the services provided (including how the property was to be divided) was performed at the request of the land owner and there was no discussion of who was paying the bill

*** ***...ok like I have been trying to work with this guy...I have been to this place more than I have been to work with my complaints.the transmission was messing up in this truck when I got...but I was assured it would be fixed...then I started getting the run around they started tell me that they cant fix it til my extended warranty kicks in...then they kept trying to tell me thats what I agreed to...now lets stop right there...what person in his right mind will puchase a 20,truck with bad transmission unless he was guaranteed this problem would be fixed.so fast forward they put it in the shop two weeks ago and im just got it back Tuesday...still not fix.in fact has more problems...it is not right...I lost 5,on this deal
