Once again Ms***, you have again refused to contact the person who can talk with you specifically about your situation. As we explained earlier, ArbiterSports is only a portal provider for Florida Soccer SCR, Inc. to display training sessions for which you can register. Once you register for a clinic, then you are directed to a credit card portal run by ProPay on behalf of Florida SRC, Inc which collects your credit card info, processes your payment on behalf of Florida SRC, Incand sends your payment to them. ArbiterSports is not involved in the collection of your payment, and we do not process your credit card payment. Therefore, we cannot refund your money since we never received it in the first place - it went directly to Florida SRC, Inc. We are again providing you the name and phone number of the person who can help you resolve your issue. That is Abrom D*** ** in Miami, FL at phone number (305) 796-with the Florida SRC, Inc. They are capable of hearing your complaint and issuing any refund necessary I know this can be frustrating but you must contact the correct party to get a resolution to your issue

The company responded to this complaint yesterday by contacting our vendor, ProPay, who was suppose to have refunded this amount last month per the customer's and ArbiterSports' request. They have not issued the credit for the customer. Chase P*** of ArbiterSports also contacted the
customer, ***, and told him the refund was on the way and what had happened with ProPay which had delayed the refund. The customer seemed pleased with the response and indicated they would delete the complaint

I contacted the customer directly and refunded him the disputed money.   The issue was the responsibility of ArbiterSports and we have made the customer whole.   Thank you for bringing this issue to my attention and allowing us to resolve this with the...

I am rejecting this response because:This is false information. We (my daughter) did NOT attend ANY clinic!!! We live in Maitland, Florida - over two hours away from Venice, Florida where the clinic took place. We were promised an Orlando area location and never got it. This is complete nonsense! I am in communication with Abrom regarding the same. This is EXACTLY why I'm complaining.  The bottom line is this: I paid on Arbitersports.com. I did NOT get what I paid for. Where the money went after that is out of my control.  I either want what I paid for or I want my money back. This is 100 percent understandable and well within reason!Sincerely,

We have tried to inform Ms. [redacted] how to receive a refund from the individual who received her money (Mr. Anthony Tony” D[redacted]) per the attached email.  ArbiterSports only provides a gateway to the Florida Youth Soccer Organization for officials to register for matches...

and training.  Any monies collected through the gateway are sent directly to the Florida Youth Soccer Organization of which Mr. D[redacted] is in charge.  His organization will have to issue a refund as they have any monies collected for the event referenced.   We apologize for this inconvenience but are unable to initiate a refund from our system.
