I am rejecting this response because: they received a complaint from the Bureau of Automotive Repairs and were found to be in violation of several other business mattersThey have
refunded the $because they were directed by the Bureau to refund our payment not only for poor workmanship but, for poor business practices, ie., they never did provide a work order/estimate of the work they provided nor a receipt for the work doneFurthermore they did not practice respectable public relationsI strongly encourage Revdex.com to provide further education to the owner of this business in the areas of best business practices and public relationsThis business blantantly malingered and caused much delay to getting a simple repair completedI seriously doubt they would have refunded our money unless they were forced to by the Bureau of Automotive Repairs
