Review: Sunday, May 8th, 2016 - I deposit $5 in cash to the machine to have my car wash, as I was entering the car wash, the bay shutdown, total not functioning,blackout - I back-up my car and try to retrieve my money for a refund from the machine. I push the refund button, but it only displayed $5.00 but it did not refund my money. I wrote down the facility phone number and called them. The next day, May 9th, there was a message on my machine, stating they are aware they owe me $5, but please speak clearly due to the noise from the machines my name, and address and they will refund my money. I called again within 2 weeks and the person stated the owner/manager sends out refund checks once a month. Well 2 months have gone by, and I have not received my money. I stopped by the facility Friday morning, July 1st 2016 and no one was there. I called this afternoon, July 9th 2016, stating I have not received my refund and I will contact the Revdex.com to file a compliant.Desired Settlement: I just want my $5.00, nothing else from them. I have not return to the facility since this incident occurred.
