opportunity to explain to you the situation which should not have happened. So on that day when you found out that the card didn't have enough balance after swiping the card, and we immediately Void that transaction, by voiding that transaction, we have refunded your money at that moment. But however, the time it would take to get your money back depended on your bank and the your card type which we do not have control over, credit card/ debit card is like an intermediate person between merchant(restaurant) and consumer (you), once we voided the transaction, the money goes back to the intermediate (your card), when you will be able the use the fund, your bank needs time to clear that transac tion. My personal experiences with returning merchandise it could take up for 24 hours to 5 working days. We have been here for over 5 years, everyday we process hundreds transactions without overcharge any customers, even though things do go wrong sometimes, but we are always here to help.
